How to Transfer Shares

1. Open the entity client's detail page.
2. Navigate to the Capital section.
3. Click on the capital type to view shareholders.
4. Next to the shareholder transferring shares, click Transfer Shares.
5. Select the recipient shareholder.
6. Enter the number of shares to transfer.
7. Enter the transfer date and price per share (if applicable).
8. Click Save.

The shareholding percentages update automatically.
