1. Navigate to Settings > External Integrations.
  2. In the Balabook section, you see the connection form.
  3. Enter your Company ID from Balabook.
  4. Enter your API Token from Balabook.
  5. Click Connect to Balabook.
  6. The system tests the connection before saving.
  7. If successful, you see a "Connected" badge with the last sync time.

To test an existing connection:

  1. Click Test Connection on the integrations page.
  2. The system verifies the connection and updates the status.

To disconnect:

  1. Click Disconnect on the integrations page.
  2. Confirm the disconnection.
  3. The connection is deactivated (credentials are preserved but inactive).
