1. Navigate to Settings > Sales Tax.
  2. Click Add Tax Rate.
  3. Enter the name (e.g., "VAT 20%").
  4. Enter the rate percentage.
  5. Add a description (optional).
  6. Click Save.

To set a default tax rate, edit a tax rate and toggle the default option. The default rate is pre-selected when creating invoices.
