How to Convert an Estimate to an Invoice

Invoicing Last updated Feb. 28, 2026

Open the estimate by clicking on it in the estimates list.
Click Convert to Invoice.
Confirm the conversion.
A new invoice is created with all the estimate's details copied over.
The estimate status changes to Won.
