1. Click Estimates in the sidebar navigation under Invoicing.
  2. Click Add Estimate.
  3. Select a client.
  4. Set the date and due date.
  5. Choose the currency (defaults to organisation currency).
  6. Add line items:
  • Select a service (or leave blank for custom lines)
  • Enter a description
  • Enter quantity/hours and rate/price
  • Select a tax rate
  1. Add more line items by clicking Add Line.
  2. Review the auto-calculated subtotal, tax, and total.
  3. Click Save to create the estimate.
