How to Create an Estimate
Invoicing

- Click Estimates in the sidebar navigation under Invoicing.
- Click Add Estimate.
- Select a client.
- Set the date and due date.
- Choose the currency (defaults to organisation currency).
- Add line items:
- Select a service (or leave blank for custom lines)
- Enter a description
- Enter quantity/hours and rate/price
- Select a tax rate
- Add more line items by clicking Add Line.
- Review the auto-calculated subtotal, tax, and total.
- Click Save to create the estimate.
