- Click Invoices in the sidebar navigation under Invoicing.
- Click Add Invoice.
- Select a client.
- Set the date and due date (defaults based on settings).
- Choose the currency.
- Add line items:
- Select a service and optionally a workflow
- Enter a description
- Enter quantity/hours and rate/price
- Select a tax rate
- To include unbilled timesheet entries, click the unbilled entries icon next to a workflow
- Add more line items as needed.
- Review auto-calculated totals.
- Click Save.
The invoice is created in Draft status and must be approved before it can be sent.
