1. Click Invoices in the sidebar navigation under Invoicing.
  2. Click Add Invoice.
  3. Select a client.
  4. Set the date and due date (defaults based on settings).
  5. Choose the currency.
  6. Add line items:
  • Select a service and optionally a workflow
  • Enter a description
  • Enter quantity/hours and rate/price
  • Select a tax rate
  • To include unbilled timesheet entries, click the unbilled entries icon next to a workflow
  1. Add more line items as needed.
  2. Review auto-calculated totals.
  3. Click Save.

The invoice is created in Draft status and must be approved before it can be sent.
