1. Navigate to Settings > Access.
  2. You see the four permission levels: Admin, Manager, User, Restricted.
  3. Click Edit on the permission level you want to modify.
  4. Toggle individual permissions on/off:
  • Client viewing and editing permissions
  • Financial data access
  • Workflow visibility
  • Timesheet and leave management
  1. Click Save to update the permissions for all members at that level.
