1. Click Workflows in the sidebar navigation.
  2. Click the Templates tab (or navigate to the templates list).
  3. Click Add Template.
  4. Enter the template name.
  5. Select a category (optional).
  6. Click Create.
  7. You are taken to the template editor.
  8. Click Add Field to add items to the template.
  9. Configure each field (type, name, options).
  10. Drag and drop to reorder fields.
  11. Set up dependencies between templates if needed.
