1. Open the workflow by clicking on it from the workflows list.
  2. Click the Edit tab to enter editing mode.
  3. Click Add Field at the bottom of the field list.
  4. In the add field form:
  • Select the field type (text, dropdown, file, member, etc.)
  • Enter the field name
  • Add a description (optional)
  • For dropdown/multi-select types, add options
  1. Click Save to add the field.
  2. Drag and drop fields to reorder them.
