- Open the workflow by clicking on it from the workflows list.
- Click the Edit tab to enter editing mode.
- Click Add Field at the bottom of the field list.
- In the add field form:
- Select the field type (text, dropdown, file, member, etc.)
- Enter the field name
- Add a description (optional)
- For dropdown/multi-select types, add options
- Click Save to add the field.
- Drag and drop fields to reorder them.
