1. Click Workflows in the sidebar navigation.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Choose New Workflow from the creation options.
  4. Fill in the workflow details:
  • Template: optionally select a template to use as a starting point
  • Client: assign the workflow to a client
  • Service: select the associated service
  • Name: give the workflow a descriptive name
  • Due date: set the expected completion date
  • Members: assign team members as owners or assignees
  1. Click Create to save the workflow.

You are redirected to the workflow detail page where you can add fields, set up dependencies, and start working.
