- Click Workflows in the sidebar navigation.
- Click the Add button.
- Choose New Workflow from the creation options.
- Fill in the workflow details:
- Template: optionally select a template to use as a starting point
- Client: assign the workflow to a client
- Service: select the associated service
- Name: give the workflow a descriptive name
- Due date: set the expected completion date
- Members: assign team members as owners or assignees
- Click Create to save the workflow.
You are redirected to the workflow detail page where you can add fields, set up dependencies, and start working.
