When the AI Assistant is enabled, it can run queries against your organisation's data and return real answers — filtered by your permissions, scoped to your active organisation.
Example questions
- Workflows: "How many active workflows do I have?", "Which workflows are overdue?", "Show me workflows due this week."
- Clients: "How many clients do we have?", "List clients with no assigned services.", "Which clients had no activity last quarter?"
- Invoicing: "What's the total of unpaid invoices?", "List invoices overdue by more than 30 days.", "What's our revenue this month?"
- Time: "How many hours did I log last week?", "Which workflows have used more than 80% of their budget?"
- KYC: "Which clients have KYC expiring in the next 30 days?"
The assistant uses tools that look up the same data you can see in the app. If your access permissions hide certain figures (e.g. financial data for a Restricted user), the assistant cannot return them either.
Getting good answers
- Be specific. Mention timeframes, statuses, and clients to narrow the scope.
- One question at a time. Multi-part questions sometimes get partial answers.
- Follow up. The assistant remembers the recent conversation — "and how many of those are with our top 10 clients?" works.
Status
The AI Assistant is currently being rolled out. If you don't see it in the Help menu (or it's marked Coming Soon), it's not yet enabled for your organisation.
Tip: For repeating questions, consider building a saved view or report instead — they don't depend on the AI being available, and they always show live data.
