TaxDome details from its public pricing and feature pages and independent reviews, checked October 2026. Plans change: confirm on their site before deciding.

ZenWorkflow pricing

From €39/user/month (Practice) or €58/user/month with AML/KYC, billed monthly or yearly.

Everything is included at each tier: workflows, clients, time, billing, leave, reporting and the AI assistant, with AML/KYC on the Practice + AML plan. There are no per-module fees and no minimum number of users, and the free plan covers one user and ten clients.

TaxDome pricing

From $800 per user per year (Essentials), billed yearly upfront.

Pro is $1,000 and Business $1,200 per user per year, with discounts for two- and three-year commitments and seasonal seats at $100 per month on Pro. That is roughly $67 to $100 per user per month, paid for the year in advance. Portal, e-signatures, automation and billing are included; AML/KYC screening and staff leave are not.

Why firms move from TaxDome

TaxDome is capable and reviewers say so. The same reviews explain why some firms leave.

Yearly, upfront, per user

Every seat is a yearly commitment paid in advance. ZenWorkflow bills monthly and lets you add or remove users as the team changes.

The learning curve

Reviewers consistently cite a long setup. ZenWorkflow is deliberately smaller and a team is working in it within days.

No AML/KYC

TaxDome has no screening or risk assessment. ZenWorkflow puts the due-diligence trail on the client record.

Work, not people

Leave, balances and capacity live elsewhere. ZenWorkflow plans around who is actually available.

A system your team learns in a week

Workflows are checklists with owners, dates and budgets. There is no pipeline language to learn and no automation builder to maintain; the structure lives in templates your firm already understands.

Due diligence that stands up to inspection

PEP and sanctions screening, structured risk assessments, identity and address verification and document expiry, all recorded against the client with a full history.

Pay monthly, grow when you grow

Add a seasonal hire for three months and remove them after. Billing follows your headcount, not a contract signed last year.
