When a teammate invites you to their organisation, you receive an email with a join link.

  1. Open the invitation email from the platform.
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link.
  3. If you already have an account, sign in. If not, create one — the invitation is bound to the email address it was sent to.
  4. Review the invitation details (organisation name, inviter, access level).
  5. Click Accept to join the organisation.

You are taken into the organisation with the permissions assigned by the administrator. If you belong to several organisations, you can switch between them at any time using the organisation dropdown in the top right of the page.

Tip: A badge on the organisation dropdown shows pending invitations to other organisations. Click it to view and act on them without leaving the app.

Note: Invitation links expire after a set period. If yours has expired, ask the administrator to resend it from Settings > Users.
