The work schedule defines the standard working hours for each day of the week. It is used to calculate leave durations, identify non-working days, and (optionally) constrain when time can be logged.

  1. Open Settings > Holidays and Work Week.
  2. The Working week section shows the default schedule for each day (Monday–Sunday).
  3. Click on a day to edit its working hours.
  4. Add one or more time blocks — for example 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 for a split shift with a lunch break. A day with no time blocks is treated as a non-working day.
  5. Click Save.

The schedule applies organisation-wide.

Member-specific schedules

If specific people work different hours (e.g. a part-timer or someone on a four-day week):

  1. In the Working Week section, click Add Override.
  2. Pick the member.
  3. Configure their individual schedule per day.
  4. Click Save.

Overridden members use their own schedule for leave calculations and non-working-day shading; everyone else uses the organisation default.

Tip: Switch the Leave method at the top of this page between Days and Hours depending on how your firm tracks leave. Days is simpler; hours is more precise for part-timers and people with split shifts.
