Every report supports export to a spreadsheet for offline analysis, sharing with partners or clients, or feeding into other tools.

  1. Open any report from the Report Center.
  2. Apply the date range and any filters you want included.
  3. Click the Export button (top right of the report).
  4. Choose:
  • CSV — universal, opens in any spreadsheet tool.
  • Excel (XLSX) — preserves number/date formatting and is friendlier in Excel itself.
  1. The file downloads.

The export includes all rows matching the current filters — not just the rows visible on screen. If you only want a subset, tighten the filters before exporting.

Tip: When a report displays amounts in multiple currencies (e.g. the original currency of an invoice plus your reporting currency), the export includes both columns so you can sum or pivot either way.

Note: Like the reports themselves, exports respect your access permissions. Restricted users won't see fields they couldn't see in the report.
