The Reports section is a single landing page — the Report Center — with every available report grouped by category. Open a report to filter, sort, drill in, and export the data.
- Click Reports in the sidebar.
- The Report Center shows reports grouped into categories. Browse or scroll to find the one you need.
- Click a report card to open it.
- Each report typically supports:
- Date range — set the period of interest.
- Additional filters — narrow by client, service, member, status, or any other dimension relevant to that report.
- Sortable columns — click any column header to sort.
- Drill-downs — click counts (e.g. a number of workflows) to jump to the filtered list view of those records.
- Export — download the report as CSV or Excel for offline analysis.
Filters apply automatically as you change them — there's no separate Apply button to click.
