Capture time as you work — against a client, a service, and (ideally) a specific workflow — so it flows through to billing, budgets, and utilisation reports.

  1. Click Timesheets in the sidebar.
  2. Switch between Day and Week views using the toggle in the top right — Day for focused entry, Week for a calendar-style overview of the whole week.
  3. Click Add Timesheet (or click a slot in the calendar view) to start a new entry.
  4. Fill in the details:
  • Date — the day the work was done.
  • Client — the client the work was for.
  • Service — the service being delivered (filtered by the client's services if a client is picked).
  • Workflow — the specific workflow (filtered by client + service). Linking time to a workflow is what makes budget tracking and one-click invoicing work.
  • Description — what you did. Be specific enough that it makes sense on the client's invoice.
  • Duration — enter directly, or set start / end times and the duration is calculated.
  • Billable — tick if the time should be billed. Defaults from the service.
  1. Click Save.

The entry appears on your timesheet for that day. Totals at the top show your hours for the day, week, and any current submission/approval state.

Tip: The fastest entry flow is: pick the workflow first — it auto-fills the client and service. You can also use the timer in the top navigation to track time live, then save the elapsed time as an entry.

Note: Non-working days (weekends, public holidays, or your custom days off) are visually styled differently in the Week view. You can still log time on them if needed — for example for an emergency client matter on a Saturday.
