If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page without contacting support — a verification email is sent to the address on file.

Reset from the sign-in screen

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field.
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. Click Reset Password.
  5. Open the email from the platform titled "Reset your password". The link is valid for a limited time.
  6. Click the link and enter your new password twice.
  7. Click Confirm — you are taken back to sign in with your new credentials.

Change your password while signed in

If you remember your current password and just want to change it:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right and open Profile.
  2. Open the Security section.
  3. Click Change Password.
  4. Enter your current password, then the new password twice.
  5. Click Save.

Existing sessions on other devices stay signed in unless your administrator has enabled forced sign-out on password change.

Tip: Use a password manager and pick a long passphrase. If your firm requires it, also enable two-factor authentication (see "How to enable two-factor authentication") for an extra layer of protection.

Note: If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the correct address. Invitation accounts that haven't been accepted yet cannot reset — ask an administrator to resend the invitation instead.
