If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page without contacting support — a verification email is sent to the address on file.
Reset from the sign-in screen
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password? below the password field.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click Reset Password.
- Open the email from the platform titled "Reset your password". The link is valid for a limited time.
- Click the link and enter your new password twice.
- Click Confirm — you are taken back to sign in with your new credentials.
Change your password while signed in
If you remember your current password and just want to change it:
- Click your avatar in the top right and open Profile.
- Open the Security section.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then the new password twice.
- Click Save.
Existing sessions on other devices stay signed in unless your administrator has enabled forced sign-out on password change.
Tip: Use a password manager and pick a long passphrase. If your firm requires it, also enable two-factor authentication (see "How to enable two-factor authentication") for an extra layer of protection.
Note: If the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the correct address. Invitation accounts that haven't been accepted yet cannot reset — ask an administrator to resend the invitation instead.
