Keep your name, language, timezone, and avatar up to date so colleagues recognise your activity and times display correctly.

  1. Click your avatar in the top right of any page.
  2. Click your name at the top of the dropdown to open your Profile page.
  3. Update any of the following:
  • First name and last name
  • Email address — changing this triggers a verification email to the new address
  • Timezone — used to display time entries, comments, and notification timestamps
  • Language — your interface language
  • Date format — how dates appear throughout the app
  1. To change your profile photo, click the avatar area, upload an image, and use the crop tool to frame it.
  2. Click Save.

Your changes apply immediately. The new avatar and name are reflected in comments, time entries, mentions, and team views.

Tip: Set your timezone before logging time — entries are stored in your local time, and changing the timezone afterwards does not retroactively shift existing entries.
